Beautiful sky and great comp. as well. Nice job showing the great wing span. Subject just seems a bit soft overall.

Impressive wing span! Agree that the image looks a little soft. Some additional shutter speed would have helped; consider ISO 400-800 for flight, along with a larger aperture if needed. I would desaturate the blues a little and perhaps try to boost shadow detail just a little.
