Hey Fabs, yes i had a lovely time yesterday. Myself, and Don Lacy were the first in the parking lot, followed by Harold Davis. Sid, Mike,Don, and Myself were lined up back with Artie and the gang. I had a blast, and the lunch was super! Al, and a couple of us shot BIF for awhile with James and the gang!
Great Time, we need to do it again!

Dell 2209WA is a fine IPS monitor, if still available

It seems to come and go on the Dell website.

I agree with Simon, the Dell 2209WA is a great monitor. I have two of them. If you have a business, call Dell's business number and you can usually get a better deal through them than their regular sales line.

Now I have to find the same specs in a 19" to fit in the drawer under our stove in the caravan :o.

Ah, the downside of living in a box on wheels.

    Don,

Make sure they are not shipping 2209W. I ran into this mess last time when I tried to order 2209WA.
You dont want 2209w you want 2209WA.

Thks Sid, yes, funny you should mention this, as this is what was about to happen. I made a change and ordered the 24 inch Ultrasharp. (UltraSharp U2410 24-inch Widescreen Flat Panel Monitor), take a look at the specs and let me know. Thks for the heads-up!
