    Default DPP will not Launch

    After seening a comparison of DPP vs ACR in a previous post, I decided to install DPP and give it a try. However after installation it will not start up giving me a dialog box pop-up stating "This program requires a display capable of 1024x768 resolution or more (Screen area), and High Color or higher settings." I am running Windows 7 64, on a laptop with 1680X1050 resolution at True color 32. This is the latest version of DPP. Anyone have any ideas of what I can try to get it running?

    Patrick,
    That is pretty strange. Might you have 2 displays declared?

    I did have it hooked up as a dual monitor setup. However, that was the first thing I tried. I disconnected the laptop, rebooted stand alone, and still have the same problem.

    My guess it has a problem with your video driver, try uninstalling DPP clean up the registry and then install it again.
