    This picture was taken in Homer Alaska last Feb. There were many longtail ducks around but none very close. I was trying out the Canon 800mm lens and got some decent shots. The lens was amazing, if i only had an extra 11K.:) I cropped this picture for these two from a group of longtails.

    Nice to have the two individuals together, and I love the synchronization captured! You nailed the exposure. Good comp, but I'd prefer a little tighter...but since this is already cropped I'm not sure how much more cropping the details can take.

    I like the light and similar wing position and would toned down the highlights.
