Hi Gary - Nice image with beautiful color and composition. I love the way that hen merganser eyes match the feather color on their head. Water looks great here as well and eyes are not lost as sometimes occurs with these critters. Overall great shot!

Hi Gary

I like the complimentary colours between the bird and the water. You captured some nice detail on the bird but looks a touch heavy on the sharpening across its breast. I would have prefered a lower angle but appreciate that circumstances often prevent this being possible.
