    Anupam:

    Your bird is well exposed, the pose shows off his powerful feet, good head angle.
    I might be tempted to clean up the white wash on the perch, slightly tone down the horizontal tan streak in the background, and hit the head with a bit more sharpening; the feather detail seems better than the head detail.

    I like the angle, eye contact and pose. Is this a heavy crop? There is not much detail in the plumage and I might remove the bright area in the BG. What is the shutter speed?

    Focus point not on the head/eye area maybe as it does look a tad soft compared to the rest.

    Agree with the rest about the head not being sharp , and yes the distracting streak in the BG can be done away with . The light is good & you have exposed it well
