This was such a cute little guy and I like the green leaves so I kept the reflection even though it's not perfect. C&C encouraged and much appreciated! Maybe a little more off the top?

Hi Katie. You got beautiful light and color on this little guy, and great feather detail. I like the reflection and the environment, but I would definately take some off the top, and get rid of the dark OOF blob in the upper right. I can never get anywhere near these guys in my neighborhood. Nicely done!

Hi Katie - sweet light - Doing really well!!
Good Ha and eye contact - good sharp clear eye and nice fine feather details. Like the high key feel, agree with bill on the crop and the dark blob - does draw the viewers eye.
    Like it a lot!!

I've only seen this bird one time - they are the cutest things and you really did him justice. To me, the leaves and plants are too OOF - they are really pulling my eye. I don't mind the single branches sticking out but the greenery is a bit distracting to me. I bet if you pulled the brightness of the green down it wouldn't vie for the attention as much. Just a thought...

Very nice low angle and sharpness Katie. Good jo with exposure, the large OOF patch in the lower right corner is distracting IMO, a tighter crop will be better here.

You are a good woman Katie. Hand holding the 500 and sharp. Excellent HA and eye contact.

Like it and like the habitat too. Exposure techs look good on resting subject.
