    A really appealing shape to the pose this one has held for you. It may be a little tight for some, but I like it as is.

    It could use some sharpening in the face as it is pretty soft.

    Would like more room Cheryl Does look tight Remember about the bg You can get these birds moved around Would also try photographing body parts !!!!

    Yes, a little tight, but great inquisitive pose. As mentioned, it could use a bit more sharpening and fill flash would have helped the mixed light some.

    Well, I have to admit, that it wasn't too much of a great pose, but rather an owl with a neurological disability. But, I figured who will know that when looking at the picture?? I see what you mean about needing better sharpening. I never really considered a fill flash because I thought it would overexpose the face. I need to practice with that more. I tried it today on some shots, and it overexposed the whole picture, even when I turned down the flash, but obviously not enough.
