    Nice image and application, Bill.

I would suggest you consider adding some contrast to the birds however. While a composite and not a true image, they seem a little light for the composition, given the car interior.

But ... your image ... your vision.

Bill, I love this point of view. The Osprey in the side view mirror is a nice touch. The composite work is top notch. I might make all the birds a bit smaller esp. the Coot . Interesting image and I prefer the low contrast look here-it goes w/ the high-key BG

Nice composite, Bill, but I would scale some of the birds a bit smaller. Excellent job of placement.

Love the series, find them all surreal and comical, and this to me is the funniest of all. Great PP work and tight composition. Might make the birds a little smaller. Dunno.

Such an interesting image, Bill! I also think a bit more contrast on the birds would be nice but I also like it as is. I can't imagine how much time you spent on this but it was well worth it. Such a great collage!

Bill, looks like you have found the spot we all dream of!! Drive-up birding, at your service. Love the sense of humor in this series! I especially appreciate the placement of the coot, with the feet in the perfect place and the tail showing right where it should be. Nice work!!

Denise is right on; several of the birds are too big. But I love the idea of it. Here are my suggestions:
Coot much smaller. Osprey in mirror: smaller. Eliminate the Osprey by the head rest and the ibis. Lower Opsrey with the fish. Love the work that you did with the feet and toes of the coot.

I love this- this must have taken quite a bit of time/effort to create...it doesn't matter to me in the least that the size of the birds may be a bit unrealistic.. if you were to make them smaller this wouldn't have quite the impact it does for me. An excellent composite, I really like the rear-view mirror Osprey :)

Thanks for the comments! First of all I had no intent to make it realistic, and the size of individual elements was determined by composition. Also I suppose I'm sort of a follower of Rene Magritte .
As far as time spend: not that much. In case you haven't noticed I do a great deal of high-key work, and with such images it is incredibly easy to select the subject. Also effects had been previously applied. Magic wand tool and a few tweaks. In this image the only real selection that took any time was cutting out the window and that was pretty straight forward.
The image is a kind of homage to my truck, from which I have taken thousands of avian images, and even though I prefer the driver's side, the passenger's side has seen its fair share.
One more thing: Julie is correct in that this is more of a collage than a composite.
    regards~Bill
