Hi Roberts: This is an awesome capture. I like how the clouds are smooth in the middle and they are enveloped in darker and busier clouds. It really works. I wonder whether you used a filter of any kind and/or a tripod?

    Congrats on a successful festival!

This is beautiful. The other night on Discovery Channel
they were saying that this red is from sands from the
Sahara that are blown all the way to Florida.

Hi Robert, Nice view of a very intense sunrise. Not often do you get one like that....

    Marina,

Hand Held. I rarely put the 100-400mm on a tripod. No filter either. Thanks, the festival went really well - my best time yet.

Awesome colors! I like the way the blue sky is creeping in the lower right hand corner.

    Robert,
    Beautiful sunrise...

I really like your compositional approach here...using the clouds without any foreground elements...Great idea!
