Brady loves this ball and loves to play in the snow. Most pugs get cold feet in the snow. This little guy is a kamikaze. He is my fourth pug and he is fearless! On this day I was trying out my new Canon 70-200mm f4L lens with my new compact 270EX flash. Very contrasty scene-the goal here was to get his face and not blow out the whites!

Hi Julie, looks like you did a good job with the exposure and fill flash! Pretty tough to get the whole dynamic range! The image is very small, only 275x238 pix so it's hard to see much detail.

This forum is much more fun oriented and not really a critique area. The emphasis is oriented more toward sharing bits of our lives than the technical side. ;)

Thanks for the tip Kerry. I took out the camera stats from my post. Sorry for the small photo. I have been having trouble with sizing my images correctly.

Well, I can do the fun part. My pugs are my babies and they love adventure. I took them to Florida over Christmas break and they loved hiking in the state parks. I have two young pugs now-Brady will be 3 in July and Lola will be 4:).

Thanks for the tip Al. I will try it. We are supposed to get 4-8 inches in the next couple of days. Kerry I bet you wish you were here!

Brady is a tough little guy. Here he is taking a rare breather. It is hilarious the way he plays with that ball. Over the weekend he played too hard and seems to have suffered a strained hip joint. It has been difficult to resist him when he brings the ball to you, but he needs to rest it.

Jullie, I didn't know you had a pug! I have TWO! :):) Petee is like Brady - fearless in the snow - but Gracie whines and mopes the entire time.

    Hey Jules,
I have two pugs as well. Lola is the princess in the family. She doesn't like wet feet or to be cold. She constantly begs for food while Brady is begging to play. Brady and Lola are my second generation of pugs. Brady will be 3 and Lola 4 in July. I lost my first pug Killian a year ago-he was 2 months shy of 16. Henry died 5 years ago of cancer at age 10.

Have you posted photos of Petee and Gracie? I would like to see them.
There is only one thing better than a pug-that's 2 pugs!
