Greetings. Ran across this image that I processed a couple of years ago... wondered what folks might think of the processing. It involves a series of filters and adjustments including multiple curves layers, NR, glowing edges, poster edges, blending. Can't speak to the exact process on this one but usually this processing involves 20-30 layers.
Due to the size limitations this low res version loses some of it's peppery black ink, grainy, appearance.
Michael, Big welcome to OOTB. I like the camouflage look here. I might clone the yellow circle on the right since it is not clear to me what it is. The pale blue stands out as odd at the top of the frame. I love the poster edges on the wood. It really makes the grain stand out beautifully. The Cormorants seem a tiny bit dark to me. The Pelican looks nice w/ the applied filters. I might evict the piece of wood that is on the lower edge of the frame. The image has alot of dimension and I think the overall look is very nice. TFS and I'm looking forward to more of your creative work.:)
Thank you for the comments... The blue and yellow dot are a structure and a light in the original, yep, should be removed. Didn't see it until you mentioned it ... Camouflage :) how to turn foliage to look like camo! (a little blur, a little posterization... ;) )
