    Cute little owl, I also like the setting and BG. I wish the sun would have been behind you and I might sharpen the bird more.

    I'm not trying to be really negative here, but honestly that composition just isn't working for me. There's too much empty space on the left for my liking. I'd crop all that down to a much tighter framing of the bird, and a bit off the bottom.

    Besides that though, I think the exposure is perfect. As a fun experiment I'd try and brighten the left eye (in the shadow) a bit and make it pop!
