Coot

I've shot another common bird called Coot from holland in a nice way. It is a simply setting but I think it is a nice picture too look at. Don't you think also?

A bit too flat for me. It's lacking a low perspective to add some depth to it. Nice detail though.

Water color is a beautiful setting for this subject. Comp. is nice but it would benefit greatly if shot at a lower angle. The head and eye also seem a bit soft.

Good comments from above. The light angle would be better if you were about a foot to your right. Lovely colors and exposure.

It is a nice picture. I would like to see the blacks blacker and the whites more dense. (A Linear Burn is the way to go for that.)

I agree it's a bit boring, but it's still a nice photo. The reflection really helps out here. I'd ad more contrast as suggested above, but do it with a levels instead. ;)
