Not an easy animal at all....but you don't always have to have them frame filling to make it a nice photograph. If you would have done more with your composition this would have been really nice. You could have placed this better in it's environment by putting the squirrel more to the top-right of the frame....that way you'd lose some of the bright rock on the top left (which is rather distracting) and be able to show more of that shady rocky environment. Perhaps you also could give this a try when the contrast is less harsh....or try a different film....as I don't think Velvia is the best film under these circumstances.
