Good find, sharpness and eye contact. I would lighten the eyes, crop it as a vertical and add space at the bottom if you have to include the clipped tail.
Really like the setting and soft lighting you have on the Owl. I think this would work better as a vertical eliminating the the OOF area on the right of the frame and also wished you hadn't clipped the tail feathers.

Nice exposure. Good sharpness. Neat subject. I just love Owls. It's to bad there are no highlights in the eyes. If you brighten the eyes, they might be there. Also a vertical crop might work better, you have cut some of the bird off on the bottom. If you wanted a horizontal crop change the ratio so that it is not so square and if you have it include the part of the bird that is cut off.
