    Went to the Railroad Museum in Miami today and got into the B&W mood, gave this crane a shot. Converted in LR tweaked in PS .. actually you did most of it in LR, good program for the conversion.

    Comments welcomed and much appreciated

    This is one strong composition...I like the black and white conversion, it has an old world charm to it...:cool:

    Nice one Al, you must have been close with that lens - like the B&W / mechanical feel.

    Nice comp Al, But IMHO, the eye (hook) needs sharpening....

    Your right Richard ... thinking back I should have focused half way up the crane to extend the dof, then stopped down one more !!! Need to get back over there

    ... btw they have red ropes on all the outside trains to keep people off, not sure what we can do about it, as they are we can't do much with them !!!
