    Not sure if this is working as an image, but I like the diagonals and detail in it.
    Had to work at getting the whites back, but I am not sure how successful I was.
    40D/500mm
    6.3/ISO 400
    1/2500 s
    AV/Eval 0

    I like it and have always thought a micro look at the feathers was beautiful if the composition was done well, this is. Nice one Jackie - very elegant.

    Love it Jackie One of the better I've seen These close up feather detail work great, you need a good bird and composition ... got both !!! PS looks just right !! Big Congrats on this one !!!

    The 500 really is so sharp. It is an amazing lens. Thanks for the comments Al and Jeff. (Also I guess it is hard to get a guano-less bird. Lots of guano removal (tedious)):D
