Lovely full up wing position, nice colors in bird and BG. The head doesn't look quite as sharp to me as the wing.
A little tight, left and top for me.

lovely pose and timing here Jim! I would also like to see the head a tad sharper - some selective sharpening ought to do the trick for web viewing. I also feel the image is a tad oversaturated, especially the yellows/orange on the feet - but I have never seen this bird so I might just be ignorant...:)
