    It was a cold morning, not getting out of the single digits, but the light was nice. My first Mockingbird shot, taken at Salisbury Beach State Reservation.

    Lovely feather detail and exposure, and the pose is sweet. If it were mine I might crop some from the top. I like this delicate image. Very nice.

    You did a good job on the exposure and I like the composition, perch and clean BG. I think that some levels adjustment to the sky using a mask may help to increase the contrast between the bird and BG.

    Juan's repost really made the image pop. I love how the branches frame the subject below and left. Now if you can only convince the mockingbird to turn its head a bit towards you!
