Canon 580EX vs. 580EXII

OK....I pulled the trigger on a new Mark IV last night. I skipped the Mark III and as a result, never upgraded my flash. My 580EX is in good shape and obviously worked well with my Mark IIN. Now I'm wondering if there will be a problem using it with the Mark IV. Any suggestions?

works fine... I don't think you get ETTL-2 support but for what we do I wouldn't worry.

Thanks, Lou. Any added expense at the moment that I can avoid will be a plus. I don't like to use the flash anyway......but sometimes you "gotta do what you gotta do".
