I really like the angle the high shutter speed that captured the wake behind the lower beak. I also like the direction the direction the head is tilted, Beautiful capture.

Like this one a lot Jason, the sharpness is great and the smooth water makes the shot for me.

Personally I like a less tight crop esp in front of the bird.

Also by the way Central Cal is a couple 100 miles west, Its hard to believe but I remember reading that So Cal, at least LA, is east of Lake Tahoe!!!!!
