    Nikon D300 200-400VR 1.7TC 1020mm ISO800 1/5000 f/6.7 CW EV -1.33 H/H

    Didn't have to get wet for this one. Caught him below the dam fishing, all 7 ft. of him. He missed 6 times in a row. I got cold and gave up. :)

    Pardon me using all the margin but I wanted as much as I could get on my little bitty 13x19 Epson.

    Hey cous, nice diagonal you got here. Good detail considering the combo (me likes the 1.4X better) and sharpness too.

    Good sharpness and I like your diagonal comp. For my taste, I would prefer to see a little more room for the bird - top and bottom. :)

    You right Fabs, but this one has a little to do with the crop. Not bad for a Zoom lens - eh. :) I forgot where I got this thing, but I sure like it. :D Your killin' me with those awsome Heron shots.
