I got this little grebe this morning in a very harsh light (almost left to right). I think the reflection is nice. Cropped about 20% off in LR; NR and USM in PS Elements. How is the crop? Enough?

I agree Wendell a great reflection and nice sharp focus on the bird. It looks very good for harsh light.
The crop has the bird too central for my tastes. I would look at an 8x10 crop that places the bird lower in the image and reduces some the negative space on the right.
Sure is a nice shot though.

Hi Wendell - reflection is strong enough to include - IMHO, Done well with the harsh light.
I would crop some from the top and bottom to give it more of a pano feel and accentuate the forward motion.
A bit of noise reduction would also improve.
    Keep em coming :)
