Great pose, I also like the exposure control, sharpness and the snail adds to it. I only find the branch behind the talons a bit distracting and would desaturate the oranges on beak and feet.

I'm glad you like the camera, too, and please post the techs.

Good exposure on the blacks, and I like the detail on the extended wing. His catch adds to the image, and Im glad you left the foliage at the bottom.

Killer Matthew!! Just got my 4 a few days back. I feel your joy brother! The IQ is beyond anything I have ever known. We're both gonna be outta control now I'm afraid! Matt: The new firmware is out if you don't already know.

Is this on a workshop? From a boat?

Matthew, I liked the vertical crop a lot. And loved the inclusion of habitat and prey. Excellent exposure of the blacks.

Really nice Matthew. I agree with Axel about that one little branch by the talons. I love that you actually got the snail in the photo. I really like this species.

    Matt:

Everything looks good from here. I agree with Axel about the branch by the talon.
I might make another trip out there in a couple of weeks. Hopefully it will be a little warmer.
    cheers
    Gavin
