Marc, great enviromental shot, and although the BG is busy, it doesnt distract at all. The leopard is in the open, and nicely framed around the thicker branches. The leopard is central in the comp, but I wouldnt want to take away any of the surrounding foliage.

Morkel said it, I do it, if I can!:D Lovely big cat. A slight crop off the bottom and on the left where the branch turns down may improve the visual impact without taking away from the environment

I hope you don't mind a bit of rework. I used the Shadow/Highlight tool to tone down the BG sky, increased overall sat and did some selective sat boost on the leopard. What do you think?

Nice feel to this and all the BG trees give it some nice depth.

    Like the improvement Ed.
I had used S/H tool here but I'm always hesitant to over do it, with me it always leads to nasty halos, but here it looks effective.

I like the wider perspective. The branches give a lot of depth to the image. I may have tried taking off a bit from the left. Overall, I like it. Thanks for sharing.

Marc, I have learned from experience that you can change the radius to avoid some halos. Still have to be careful.

Very nice comp. The inclusion of the habitat works very well here. A little turn of the head would put this over the top but as is I would love to have in my files. Well done. TFS
