Light looks pretty harsh, and the head area seems a touch soft. But, you have some great action and you could make some improvements in the post process. :) Thanks for sharing.
Nice action, and perfect HA for this pose. The eye stands out nicely. I also like the chosen comp. Image seems a bit overexposed (maybe 1/3 to 1/2 stop) and washed out. As posted sharpness looks OK at my end.
