    Default Osprey with stick

    From Flamingo at Everglades National Park, an Osprey bringing a branch to the nest. Trying the 7D for the first time and liking the results. Image basically out of camera, slight curves and sharpening.

    Comments welcome and much appreciated

    I really like that pose, so that made it killer for me but the branch throws it above and beyond.

    Really nice behavior here.

    Look at those wings! Lovely image Al, I am glad to see the bill not touching any body part. The stare is mesmerizing. Exposure looks great.

    A great, sharp pose and the stick is a big plus, Alfred. Love the soft light and the pastel background.

    Alfred, This looks great. The beautiful BG adds to the image. The pose with fanned tail and raised wings is terrific.

    Hi Alfred, The pose is real nice. Good details throughout with just enough wing blur to provide a sense of movement. The nesting material is a big plus. Good job of composing in the camera. Thanks for sharing.

    This is one fine image Al, wing position is perfect so is eye contact and sharp! nesting material is a big plus. Congrats.
