    Default Dew drops on rose

This was taken with my Pentax K200D with DA50-200 at 200mm with screw on B-Macro lens....just messing around in the front yard.......I am not a technical guy so nothing special was setup........just a tripod.

    Thanks for looking...

The image wasn't there when I opened your post so I looked at the html of the page, found the image location and opened it in a separate browser tab. When I went back to your post, the image was there.

Probably something to do with pbase.

Sometimes I see the photo here and sometimes I don't. I guess it will stop me from posting anymore. Having the same problems on Birds & Blooms site.

OK. The image is showing up now! The water drops are lovely, sharp and stand out beautifully, especially that one on the lip of a petal top center. They are the focus of this image. I like the red and yellow colors.

The out of focus petal in the upper center is a little distracting. I'm wondering what a tighter crop might look like,, to focus in on the water drops a bit more. I cloned out the dark spot upper center, and brightened the shadows a bit. What do you think?:)
