Default Red-tailed Hawk - Nest Building

I had the pleasure of watching a pair of Red-tailed Hawks flying back and forth from the woods with nest building material in their beaks and talons. This is the larger (presumably the female) of the pair.

Nice behavior shot. Light seems hard, you might add a reverse S curve.

    Ryan:

I like the angle in the frame, stick, wing position. Agree with David about the light, reverse S curve a good choice.

IMO, the bird is a bit over sharpened, as I am seeing some jaggies creeping in, most noticeable along the primary feathers on his right wing.

Hope you have some more from this series.
