    Just to show that silhouettes can be effective with this type of photography. Taken at Arches NP with the Canon Mark3 and a 17-40mm lens at 17mm for 30 seconds at ISO 6400 with high ISO noise reduction custom function on. Normal post process with addition of Noise Ninja in the sky.

    It took me a minute to figure out what I was seeing. Really different view and well done. Perfect exposure on the sky and stars.

    Very interesting image Roman. I really like the clarity in the stars. Your series of star photography really has inspired me to give this a try next time I'm out in the desert. Thanks for continuing to share your techniques as well as your images.
