Taken in Homer Alaska a few years back using a Canon EOS3 with the Sigma 300-800mm on a wimberly tripod and E100VS film. Settings unrecorded. It was very overcast and snowing. I've had a very hard time with the scan on this one...but I like the mood of it. Digital would have definitely brought out the dark areas much better than film.....bummer:(....as always, comments welcomed and appreciated,

Lovely pair, the snow is a big plus. I would neutralize the blues a bit and sharpen some more. Good head angles and whites :)

Agree; film _ucks. There is a bit too much snow between you and the birds for me, esp. the large oof flakes. Well framed and good head angles.

Really nice pairing but as Fabs said there is a blue cast. The snow flakes are a plus.

I really like the unusual setting and poses and agree regarding the blue cast.
