    Default Spotted Hyena Den

This image was created at a spotted hyena den in the Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park in South Africa in December 2009.

All comments most welcome. I went for a different feel here in PP to make the cub stand out.

Very nice sighting, Morkel. :)I would like to see this in colour too. The laptop screen does not do credit to the B&W as the tona;ity from pure black to pure white is not evident.

Nice scene captured. I like the b/w and would also like to see the color version. Maybe take a little from the bottom. TFS

To be honest here Morkel, the B&W doesn't do much for me, but to capture such young pups at the den site
and with a nice low perspective, I say well done!

Like the low angle. Good job in getting it in the clear. I would have loved to see less at the bottom and more at the top. Look forward to the colour version.

Morkel I feel that Marc has summed things up very well here, and would also like to see the colour version. If you can, would also like to have that bit of foliage over the nose tinkered with:D

A rare sighting mate, and love the lazy pose of the parent. The texture of the pup in the middle looks spot on.

I like B&W images, I sometimes do this with shots of waders, in this case however I think you have a fine image but I have to say I would like to see the colour version.
