    Yeah I have the open beak but the angle at the time was foobar. Lichen seem a little hot to me.

    Really nice exposure handling on those whites and blacks of feathers...

    Open beak is sweet addition. Next time at him to move away from that garbage on the tree ;)

    Nice comp and open beak a plus. Agree that lichen and also bark are a bit bright and could be toned down. TFS

    You could easily tone down the bark and lichen and I'd suggest the brow whites as they appear a touch brighter than I like. Almost a good HA too. :)

    Well done, with the open bill and overall I do like it as presented; just a few tweaks and slightly better HA is what's missing Joe. :)

    I like that one even better than the other one. The open beak is a great plus. Very good exposure. I too would try to tone down the lichen a little bit.
