    You certainly captured the moment here Steve!! Pity about the harsh lighting conditions. A little extra space at bottom would improve composition for me.

    When the light is harsh or relatively harsh working right on the sun angle prevents lots of problems. Here, the light is from the back left. Good job on the peak of action but noisy, possibly from lightening the image esp. the darker areas.
