    Default House Sparrow

From yesterday at the local bird sanctuary. 50D, 500mm, f/4 at f/5.6, 1/1000, ISO 400, EC+1. Cropped vertical from a horizontal plus a bit off top. I also removed a couple extra black berry buds and removed some shine from beak. Light angle was what I could get due to other bushes preventing a move left.
    Tks for looking, Dave

I like the crisscross branches, wonderful pose, eye contact, sharpness and Comp.

Nice pose and sharp details. The blue BG looks good.

Dave, I like the inquisitive HA, interesting perch, and this is sharp. I would remove the OOF buds at the bottom.

Dave, great image. Nice details, love the perch. I might clone out the foliage under the sparrow.

Thanks for the comments. I suppose if I had removed the buds at the bottom, I may have looked at a different crop as well. Dave
