Least Bittern expertise

I'm hoping to plan an early spring Florida eastern coast trip, for this target species. I know from past posts that Wako, Green Cay, and Viera can be good. I'm thinking tripod shooting vs. from car would be preferred thus the first two are more desirable. I have two questions. Are there any other locations to consider? Timing-wise, is the best time-frame mid-March, late-March, early-April, mid-April, late-April, or even May? Thanks.

Anytime from mid March thru April is excellant for Least Bitterns. I photograph them daily from my boat during that time of year.
