    Axel:

    Sharp, well exposed, nice expression( love the lamellae showing). Like the waves, esp. the texture in front of the bird.

    Lovely pose with a good HA, and I like the overall detail on her. Interesting how the DOF falls away fairly quickly in the BG. Was it due to large swells, thus a fair distance away.

    Thanks, Stuart! Yes, the appearance of narrow DOF is due to the swell.

    Head angle, the wave, the pano crop, and the right on EXP combine to make this one work.
