    Hi Marc Sweet capture and you got him in the open !!! I like the shadow detail and sharpness. If its ok with you would remove the other branch on the left side and give a more room up top !! Excellent I like it a lot !!!

    It's great that you got the full tail and the perch is unobtrusive enough that it doesn't really block much of the tail view. I think there's lots of detail in the black, so the exposure must be spot on. That extra branch doesn't bother me, but I would like a little more canvas above the head. That nice green, soft BG really sets of the black and red nicely.

    Very nice pose, I love the fully estended tail and the fantastic plumage condition of the bird. light is really nice and the Bg works very well. The composition is a bit tight in my opinion and I would try to tone down a bit the out of focus perches in the BG (and perhaphs the one that is being used by the bird)
