    Default Teton Moose

Taken in Grand Teton National Park. There were two moose bedded down in the sagebrush. Adjustments in LR3, cropped from bottom left, cloned out part of sagebrush that was in his eye and sharpened in PS.

I love the habitat the colours are amazing, I can almost smell the sage!!
With this kind of angle you really need a good eye contact for it to work.. I realise you take what you can get..

    love those antlers

    Hi Don

I like the look of these animals laying in the sage, you could walk around for a better angle, they normally don't mind at all just look for others doing the same... easy to walk right up on one !! btw for most of these you need enough shadow detail to have the eye clearly visible !!

PS wise would remove the cast, seems to have a strong magenta cast, not sure how it got there !!!
