Hi Jeff - the whites on the beak look like they are on the edge - guessing in the upper 250's.
Like the low shooting angle and the soft pastel colours of the bg.
Any cloning work done on the LHS??

To keep image in balance I let the beak run a tad hot (ran recovery slider), it was mostly white anyway - good catch.

Hi Jeff Leaving the tip like you did is about the only way to have details on the shadows unless you have ideal light on the bird !!!

Might increase the blacks along the belly a bit more, I like it, nice low angle and different !!
