    I like the patterns especially those created by the birds in the back rows. I think that I would like this with a healthy pano crop from the top. What month?

    Very nice David. I like the soft colours. A crop just above the small mountains would work nicely I think. I live just across the border north of Skagit. In Boundary Bay some of the local birders have estimated 10's of thousands in some some of the flocks flying around on high tide. Quite spectacular. Dave

    David:

    I like the repeating horizontal lines here, and the back rows vaguely suggest the lines in the mountains.

    I agree about a pano crop, and I tried a version with the exposure in the sky brought down a bit, shows more detail in the clouds, and I preferred that.
