Nice use of flash, Jan. A slight head turn towards you would have improved the picture, making it more intimate.
Good EXP control and reflection.

Super image Jan. Agree with Fabs on the head angle, and also the image is a tad skew. if you take a line from the head edge down to the the head edge of the reflection, you will see its not 100% straight. Its a minor nit though. Good details on the whites.
