    I did a texture overlay to give this an old look. I de-saturated it a bit and added some curve adjustments. I also added a canvas effect on the BG.

    beautiful! a great base image to start with and the texture is perfect for this. So very elegant :)
    (will have to check the forum tomorrow, it took 10 minutes for this page to open.. either the site is running slow or my wireless is acting up again) :/

    Thanks for confirming the problem with the posts. I lost one the other day, but will let it rest as it was just a for fun image. Site indicated it was posted, but when I went back later it was gone. Still gone so presume it is in cyber-space someplace. Hopefully we will be back to normal soon, although I am still having blurps today with posting comments and images.
