Here is an Ivory gull taken at Race Point Beach, Provinceland, Cape Cod National Seashore. Provincetown MA. First sighting in MA this year. Had two sightings last year. First for the Cape in many years. ( last seen in 1886) here is the URL for my unedited JPEGs pictures that I took today of the ivory gull

I'm glad the gull is still there. I like the walking pose and soft light, do you also have images of the gull walking toward you?

Alex I have the Gull looking at me. I was following the Gull down the beach taking photos and tring not to scare it. It has allowed multiple birders/photographer near it. It would wald directley toward me but was very cooperative otherwise

Hi Myer - I like the Comp and congrats on seeing this uncommon gull. The lighting looks a tiny bit flat here, and I think fill flash would really make this one pop.

Here is another view of the gull. I was down on the sand and the bird was slightly below the berm. This bird is one of the the whitish bird that i have seen. Way down the beach it stood out to the naked eye

I like the walking pose, head angle and soft light but would prefer a slightly higher angle so that we could see the feet.

If I was more skilled in PS I could cut the legs from one picture and paste them onto this one. I agree with you Alex and yook more pictures from a higher angle. but I like this one for the wave background :D
