This was captured last Friday at Anhinga Trail, ENP. There seems to be a lot of nesting activity, even Cormorants were carrying branches, wasy in the back by the rookery island. There's also an Anhiga nest with chicks already :)

Nice flight image. I wish the branch were not covering the eye as much as it is.

The dark bird stands out nicely against light BG. I like the bokeh and colours in the BG. The bird is very well captured and nicely placed in the composition. I agree with Ed the large branch distracts from the bird.

Good wing pose, lovely BG. Impressive chunk of nesting material - quite a feat to carry in that beak.

Lovely nesting material and wing position, I'd explore raising those blacks a bit :)

Fabs, I like the incoming wingspread, and he's got enough nesting material to thatch his whole roof. Lovely layered pastel colours in the BG.
