How to sell/price images??

I am hoping someone can give me advice on how to sell my images. I have never intended to sell any of my images, but I had a local magazine contact me about using/purchase a couple of my images for their upcoming spring issues. I have no idea how to price them. They want low-res images and have offered to pay. Can anyone share their experience with me? Thanks.

I don't know if, or how often, it is updated. I haven't used it that much to notice any changes.
