    Default Crested Caracara

Shot this image a couple of years ago at Falcon State Park on the Rio Grande River Texas. Since joining this site I have gain considerable knowledge working with images. I've always liked this shot so I thought I would revisit it to see if I could address a few issues primarily a dull BG sky.
I have recropped image and replaced the dull gray sky with a more pleasing blue one.

In addition to the sky replacement, S/H, B/C, Smart Sharpened, dodged eye to bring out highlights,

What do you think? Was it successful?

Very lovely composition and alert pose. Excellent exposure and detail and good eye contact Joe.

I think you did a very good job in the sky, no booboos are visible. Post processing in general looks good.
Did you use Viveza for the sky?
