    Winter photography

    Despite global warming, we are having a real winter in Wisconsin. However, just to get out of our driveway to do some winter photography requires an effort. Note that my son David leaning on something other than a tripod. :D

    Makes for some beautiful photographs. I think I'll stay in AZ - 74 today.

    Yikes.... I wasn't even smiling. In my defense, by the time Dad took this I had already been shoveling around and clearing snow off of my car for 45 minutes, so I was ready to go inside--and get some water!

    David, Dad's have a way of taking photos at the most inopportune times... believe me, I know! Looks like you were having a ton of fun though! ;) :D

    A bit more than the 3 -4 feet we have on top of Mt. Lemmon, near Tucson! I spent more time this weekend leaning on a shovel up there than I did on my tripod too...

    And of course, climate change does not mean an increase in temperature everywhere all of the time, but increased precipitation in many areas, including much larger snowfalls, are expected...
