Looks like you nailed him Denise. Lighting, composition, sharpness, and action all great. I might clone out the small dark object on the lower right side... bubbles??

Hi Denise, Lots to like here. Pose, details, eye contact, drops of water, and the smooth blue water. For my taste the placement of the bird is just right. Very nice. Thanks for sharing.

Agree with previous posts...great light and detail. The water droplets define the action. Great!

You did nicely exposing for this capture, Denise. I love the angle, the BG, the puffed up chest and the water droplets are a huge plus!

Awesome action shot of a great species, Denise (I'd love to see one!). Agree with all above, and I'll add that the largest water droplet in the LRHC wants to draw my eye out of frame.... might just be me.
    Great shot as always!

Hey Denise - I think this is my favorite D.I. shot yet. I love everything about it and I especially love the look of the water and the sweet facial expression on the little duck.

Hi Denise, I like the show off pose here. Good exposure, detail and overall nice and sharp. I like the colour of the water too. Well captured.

Took Dave's suggestion and eliminated the little floating black thingie. Dave, it's a girl :) Killer sharpness and wing position. Was this a crop from the left?

Thankyou Artie for the kind words and the clean-up. I don't have the file in front of me-but I think it was a crop from the left.
